Meet your instructor
Caitlin is an RYT-200 certified yoga instructor and SoulFire Method instructor dedicated to education surrounding yoga, mindfulness & strength training for improved mobility and mental health. She created the Rooted in Movement community as on opportunity to educate on the importance of incorporating movement into a daily self-care routine as well as to create an open conversation so that we can all continue to learn from each other as the yoga and fitness community continues to evolve.

Too often our lives have become sedentary and stagnant which can lead to both physical and mental health ailments and limitations. Join me on my journey to discover the numerous forms of movement that our bodies and minds can benefit from, so that we can approach our lives with confidence, resilience & compassion. My approach is both rehabilitative and preventative so that no matter where you are starting from, you can build a self-care routine that will evolve with you and your improving health. My ultimate goal is to understand and educate what movements are beneficial to our health and more importantly why they are beneficial.
